Selling your home in 2022?  Here are some paint color suggestions from Realtor Magazine’s February issue.

The Paint and Color Trends 2002 Report, based on a survey of interior designers conducted by Fixr.com (a home improvement resource) says that 81% favor whites and creams as the best colors to use when selling a home. These colors make a clean, fresh and neutral backdrop for many rooms and make it easier for a buyer to imagine their own furnishings in the house.

Exterior colors fall in place alongside with 58% voting for white, and 48% voting for off-white.  Again, these look fresh and clean, have universal appeal, and also improve the ever important curb appeal.  So, if you are considering a paint re-fresh for your home before you put it on the market – go neutral!
